   ZL Construction was founded in Breckenridge, Colorado and started as a log and timber framing company. The main focus was on structural and decorative timber work for the residential community of Summit and Eagle Counties. Following the rise in new construction and remodels we grew to a Framing and Interior Millwork company.     

   Since then we have relocated and expanded our services to the Front Range area. We provide our clients with services ranging from design work, conventional stick framing, log and timber craft, exterior finishes including siding and repair or installation all fenestrations. Additionally, we specialize in cabinet install and custom built-ins and all interior trim and mill work. We are delighted to work with an Architect or Designer and General Contractor of your choice to provide you with the most professional experience possible.
