I had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Tim Rehnstrom, ZL Construction Inc., for many years while he operated in Summit County.  Tim was always professional and has considerable attention to the details, which is rare in this industry.  Tim is very talented in many areas of construction from framing and handcrafted log work to final trim and cabinetry.  I would still be utilizing his talents if he were still in my area.
